Sentence structure follows
Subject + Time + Verb + Object
我 + 今天 + 看 + 电影。
wǒ + jīn tiān + kàn +diàn yǐng
I + today + watch + movie = I will watch a movie today.
If the sentence does not have one of the parts it is skipped, such as:
Subject + Verb + Object
我 + 爱 + 你。
wǒ + ài + nǐ
I + love + you.

Subject + Verb + Object
她 + 有 + 四 + 个 + 兄弟姐妹。
ta + yǒu + sì + gè + xiōng dì jiě mèi
She + has/have + four + measure word + siblings = She has four siblings.

医院 + 里面 + 有 + 一 + 千 + 个 + 人。
yī yuàn + lǐ miàn + yǒu + yī + qiān + gè +rén
Hospital + inside + have + one + thousand + measure word + person = There are a thousand people in the hospital.
