Knowing and understanding Chemistry can benefit people in different ways and can help them in the field that they partake in, specifically for this project, it is Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The students were tasked to create a video about different lessons in Chemistry. Through this video project, the students will be able to review their chemistry and the skills associated with it. It will also help them in the development of skills that facilitate project management, graphic design, and excelling in the use of PowerPoint presentations while fostering teamwork and developing their oral and written communication skills.

In each group, there are three members, one group with five members, and they are given one whole chapter to focus on and work on. They have the freedom to choose three or more lessons that are associated with the chapter as they see fit. After accomplishing it, they are required to give a summary of the chapter they have worked on and will later pass it.

​

Another purpose of this project is to help fellow students from other schools or other places to understand the different lessons in Chemistry should they find themselves having a hard time understanding their own lessons. The video projects are a way of sharing HCHS-SHS students' knowledge about Chemistry with others, creating a collaborative system that engages others to learn and expand their own knowledge.

Additionally, this website is another part of their projects in Research Capstone. Getting acquainted with the basics of Website Development - however challenging - is essential for STEM students as some are about to catapult into fields that include Information Technology (IT) and other related fields. They were divided into groups, delegating each group a different task.
